Returns Policy
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended 2005)
By purchasing over the internet or by telephone you are entering into a “Distance Sale”. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, you have up to 7 working days from the day of delivery of your rug to cancel your purchase and get a refund. The goods don’t have to be faulty for a full refund, but we will need you to pay for the return of the goods. Any faulty goods will be replaced at our cost providing full details of the fault and a photograph is supplied but we will not accept any additional charges.
You must contact us by either emailing sales@oxbridgeflooring.com or alternatively telephoning 01442 877366 during the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday and quoting you reference number.
This right does NOT apply to products specifically made to your specifications and this includes floor coverings which have been cut from a roll to your specific order size and all bespoke and made to measure items.
